Hey hey, how do you manage muscle soreness / recover faster after intense workouts?

In my case, of course I stretch properly before and after exercising to reduce muscle tension. I also do low-intensity activities like walking on rest days to help in recovery, stay hydrated and get enough sleep for muscle recovery.

Hey there! Managing muscle soreness and recovering faster after intense workouts is important. Stretching before and after exercising, like you do, can really help reduce muscle tension and stiffness. Doing light activities such as walking on rest days is a good idea—it promotes blood flow to your muscles, which aids in recovery. It's also crucial to stay hydrated and get enough sleep, as this helps your muscles recover and repair themselves. Another tip is to consider gentle massage or using foam rollers to relieve tightness. These simple practices can make a big difference in how quickly your muscles bounce back after tough workouts.

Hey there! Personally, here are the things I do:

- I make sure to cool down properly after exercising by doing gentle stretches
- I use ice packs or takes a cool bath to reduce inflammation
- I eat foods rich in protein and carbohydrates within a couple of hours after your workout to help my muscles repair and refuel.
- I always drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- I make sure I get enough sleep to give time for my body to rest and recover
